Dear CrossRoad Parents & Guardians,
We hope this email finds you well!
Here at CrossRoad, it is bittersweet to part with the amazing young men and women you allowed us to receive over the past 10 days. As we prepare to close out our program tomorrow morning, please review the following participant departure information:

For Participants flying home

Participants with flights will be on our staffed shuttle to LaGuardia Airport at 11AM or 1PM.

CrossRoad staff will enter each terminal with participants and ensure they are in the right place.

If you are unable to check your child into their flight remotely, and/or you are not comfortable with them checking in once their phone is returned to them on Thursday, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange a way for them to check-in if this is the case.

For Participants being picked-up from St. Vladimir’s Seminary

Pick-up is from 11:00am – 2:00pm

Please note that all participants will receive their electronics and phones once checked out, which begins at approximately 11:00am EST tomorrow. We will charge phones overnight so as to ensure participants are able to contact you. We ask for your patience in hearing back from your son/daughter as some check-outs take longer than others (the process includes packing and cleaning up dorm rooms).
When your CrossRoader returns home, we would love for you to sit down with him/her and fill out our post-session survey here. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we would love to hear from you all.
