For two decades, the CrossRoad Summer program has had a transformative impact on over 1,100 Orthodox Christians from 380+ parishes all over the United States and Canada. Are you currently in 11th or 12th grade and discerning what is next after high school?
Join us for ten amazing 10 days! You get to explore your faith and purpose at one of four offered summer sessions in three cities (Boston, Chicago, San Francisco-Marin County). During a time when you may be wondering what you are meant to do with your life, CrossRoad helps you understand your deeper God-given purpose and guides you in beginning to discern how you are being called to serve.

CrossRoad Summer Program
CrossRoad Summer is a ten-day academic summer institute that prepares high school juniors and seniors to make big life decisions and invites them to connect with the Orthodox Christian theological and spiritual tradition in a deep and meaningful way.
CrossRoad Alumni
CrossRoad Alumni share the common experience of having participated in the CrossRoad Summer program. Alumni gather for retreats, leadership opportunities, and act as advisors to the CrossRoad Summer program.

Fill Your Summer With What Counts
Time at CrossRoad is yours to ask hard questions, discover your purpose, and make friends for life. Our staff is full of young adult counselors who have been in your shoes and faculty who will help you explore the depth and wisdom that Orthodoxy has to offer. Between time in the classroom, at local Orthodox parishes, discovering part of the city of your session, and other excursions, every moment is filled with meaningful and authentic opportunities for growth.
Can I Attend?
CrossRoad Summer is open to all Orthodox Christians in the United States or Canada who are graduating 11th and 12th grade.
How Do I Apply?
Applications for Summer 2024 will open on October 1, 2023. By applying by our Early Application Deadline of January 18, 2024, you are provided priority in your choice of city location. The regular application deadline is February 16, 2024.
CrossRoad Alumni
Once you have attended CrossRoad, you become part of a network of others who have a shared experience. Together, alumni get together once a year as part of an annual retreat, meet up at OCF events, and raise money for CrossRoad Summer scholarships.
