CrossRoad Summer Program Staff Interns
The CrossRoad Summer Institute is now interviewing and hiring for a newly-structured paid internship to serve its well-known CrossRoad Summer Institute. Seasonal summer staff serve on one of two dynamic teams that offer a life-changing program for Orthodox high school youth! For the first time ever, staff do not have to reside in the Boston area during most of the staff training season (see details below).
Ideal candidates loved or would have loved CrossRoad themselves—ie, are excited to be in a small cohort of wonderful people, deepening knowledge of self, God, and neighbor to understand and deepen faith, and discern vocation and purpose as Orthodox Christians in the world today. CrossRoad Summer is known to change high school students’ lives; serving on CrossRoad staff is an incredible gift of service and love, while being a front seat into the miraculous ways God works in the world when youth “take the challenge.” It is not an easy internship; interested staff must be committed to take the challenge as well of selfless love for others. By doing so, staff are investing in their own formation as humans as they invest in teenagers.
For summer 2024, staff serve on one of two teams:
- At Hellenic College Holy Cross: June 4 to July 3, 2024 (Team Cross)
- At our CA and IL locations: Dominican University of California and North Park University in Chicago: June 13 to July 19, 2024 (Team Road)
