Who is the gathering for?

Parish clergy, lay leaders, and anyone practicing ministry in their community.

Is there any cost for this event?

CrossRoad will cover the full cost of registration and travel. This includes programming, lodging, meals, flights or mileage reimbursement.

Where exactly is it held?

CrossRoad is providing rooms for participants at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. All programming will take place at the hotel. Your room will be reserved in your name once we receive your registration.

Can others from our parish attend?

Yes! Anyone in ministry from your parish can register to attend. This includes young adult leaders, lay leaders in ministry for all ages, and clergy.

Is there an airport shuttle service?

Yes! A complimentary airport shuttle runs to and from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport every 30 minutes of the hour (ex. 3pm , 3:30 etc). The shuttle picks up and drops off at the front entrance of the hotel. It picks up and drops off at the domestic terminal of the airport. It brings everyone directly to the hotel (no additional stops).
