The Hilton Atlanta Airport sits within easy reach of Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making travel simple from anywhere in the country. Your registration cost covers lodging on-site, so you can stay present with the community from arrival to departure.

Who is the gathering for?
Parish clergy, lay leaders, and anyone practicing ministry in their community.
What's included in the $350?
Registration, full programming for all three days, meals, and on-site lodging for two nights. There are no additional costs beyond your travel to Atlanta.
Where exactly is it held?
Lodging and programming will take place at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. Your room will be reserved in your name once we receive your registration.
Can others from our parish attend?
Yes! Anyone in ministry from your parish can register to attend. This includes young adult leaders, lay leaders in ministry for all ages, and clergy.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
Yes! A complimentary airport shuttle runs to and from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport every 30 minutes of the hour (ex. 3pm , 3:30 etc). The shuttle picks up and drops off at the front entrance of the hotel. It picks up and drops off at the domestic terminal of the airport. It brings everyone directly to the hotel (no additional stops).
